Will Titleist hardstep or softstep irons shafts if requested by the customer? I know some companies will and some won't.

We have the ability to request this with the build team in Carlsbad as part of our order entry process. It is not something that is requested often but is possible. If you wish to proceed with an order with hard stepped or soft stepped shafts, please inform the authorized Titleist dealer at the time you are placing your order.
