Waiting for Spring

    I am armed and dangerous with my new AP3s. Thought I was going to get to hit them for the 2nd time today, but an early week forecast of 6 degrees and no wind, turned into 2 degrees and a 20Km North wind. I spent half an hour on the practise green, but it was too cold to justify a green fee. The greens at Pine Knot outside of Dorchester Ontario(close to London) have already been rolled several times, and they quite fast actually. Only the front 9 is open, but it was just too cold to play. And believe me, I wanted to. Spring can't come soon enough!

    I am with you on the dream to get out there. They are calling for warmer weather this week so I feel hope is in the air :)

    Got out yesterday, 10 degrees, but it was really windy. Love the new irons.

    I'm going to take a chance and go out on Saturday. It says 7 degrees here in Toronto and hopefully it feels like 7 and not colder.

    Well guys ... here's wishing you and all the others that have patiently and perhaps not so patiently waited out the winter, a great start to the 2018 golf season!

    Next week's Masters should help stoke the desire to play even more! :-).

    Played a about 10 days ago on the first day a course opened near my house. Greens were awful, but at least got out and hit full shots. Playing again tomorrow at a different course, so hopefully conditions will be a tad better.

    Oh man I need to see a change in the weather here ( southern Alberta ). On Friday / saturday expecting another 10 cm of snow some April fools joke. I do not find it funny! Probably another 20 days until golf. That will be a full month later than average here!

    Congrats on getting out so early! Those AP3's do look sweet. It looks like here in Calgary with more snow tomorrow I won't even be heading back to work at the course for at least 2 or 3 more weeks. Good news is I can watch the early Master's coverage.
