Hey guys, I'm surrently on my 3rd pair of DNA shoes (not the newest generation I must point out), and all 3 have come apart at the sole. Has anyone else had this problem, or am I just unlucky?

Asking before i purchase a new pair.

Hi GM ... I have two pairs of the DNA's.  My first pair I have had since 2013.  The second pair is the 2nd generation DNA's.   They are both great shoes.  My first pair of DNA are still going strong!  I have no problems with separation of the sole and upper ... I am presuming that is where you are referring.

Why don't you contact Foot Joy and discuss it with them, it might be a fitting issue or at least something that I think Foot Joy would want to know about.

I have two pair of DNA shoes that are a couple of years old and they still feel like new. Have change the spikes in them three times. I have never had a problem with mine.

    Hi GMillar,
Thank you for the post. Please don't hesitate to post any FJ questions and comments on FootJoy.ca/Community in the future. That said, we're always happy to help regardless of the question or comment!
Also, an FJ Authorized Retailer can assist you with having your shoes sent to FJ for Warranty Inspection. If they are deemed defective and fall within a warranty program, then they will be replaced accordingly. That would be our best suggestion to address any ongoing issues you may be having.

I had the same issue with 2 pairs then moved on. Plus the odd placement of the front spike caused that one to unscrew repeatedly. There was no issue with replacing the shoes though. Good customer service.
