    Good morning Team Titleist

    My name is Robert my wife purchased a Mid Size Staff bag for me for Fathers Day and payed over $ 320.00 for it. I was empting my pockets in my bag and notice the big side pocket zipper was letting go from the bag and could not open .Phone the store where was purchased and was told no warranty for zippers Less then six months old  very upset I am ordering a set of AP2 irons for Christmas may changed my mind and  order something other then Titleist irons.

    Hi Robert,
    Thank you for your note.

    We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy.  However, the good news is the warranty on a Titleist golf bag is actually 12 months from the date it was purchased.  If you bring your bag along with proof of purchase to your retailer then there shouldn't be an issue.  Please mention that we acknowledged as such with you and perhaps ask to speak with a manager should you continue to run into any problems.

    We hope that you will continue be excited for your AP2 purchase.

    Hello Mitch

    I thank you for your quick answer to my golf bag problem .I returned my golf bag to the store and shown my reciept and told them about what you said about the 1 year warranty.The manager said Titleist is only company to honour this problem.I am glad that back thier products as I have all Titleist Woods and Hybrid plus Scotty Cameron putter and in near future AP2 irons in the bag to match.
