  1. Dear team titleist,

I've always loved the look of muscle back irons and love the way they set up. I am currently using a hand me down set of old titleist dtr's with no oversize head. So it's not like I'd be switching from one extreme to another. They aren't the most forgiving but over the last year or so I've really improved my ball striking and rarely mishit, I would like an iron that challenges my striking further. I am a 6 handicap and have been told I shouldn't play MB's. Should I play a combo set? If so what is a good combination?

    Thanks,

    Quinn

I'm a +1 and played the MB's & just got my clubs stolen. I purchased the AP2's to replace them, they're THAT good. Just my opinion, MB's are great but if you can't stand the look of AP2's go with a 3-4-5 CB and 7-8-9-P MB set. Just seems like the only logical thing to do. Best of luck.

Maybe CB forged irons or the new 712u blades would be nice. That depends of what you want like trajectory and ball fflight but both options could work.

    thanks
