Matthew, I would highly recommend visiting a local authorized Titleist fitter to help you determine which one will perform better for you. The fitter will not only be able to assist you in explaining the differences between the models, they will be able to narrow down your choice by fitting the club to your swing that will ultimately help lower your scores. This process will also determine the proper shaft, lie angle among other specifications for the clubs. In most cases, fitters will utilize a launch monitor to distinguish which model you are hitting the most consistant. To Ryan's point, getting fit is crucial.  Check out the post that we recently put up regarding Ben Curtis and why he games Titleist AP1's.  Handicap is not the primary factor in detirmining your iron model.
