Im really looking forward to testing the new MB Irons, Im looking to get either the 710s or 712s, switching from a different brand. I saw the new videos on the site. Just as an observation you're two representatives on the videos(who Im sure are technology geniuses when it comes to golf equipment your equipment is very very good) seem to focus all their marketing efforts for the APs, CB, MB and other products to the professionals on tour. You may find that more avid and even high handicap golfers will look at buying your great products if you had a campaign/campaigns that are geared towards them also  and how their game can improve using your products.

Just a little feedback, from a "non" tour player.

    Cheers and again great equipment!

    Hi Gerard,

    Thanks for the great feedback.

For the first time ever, we've been able to give Titleist loyalists an inside-the-ropes view of how we bring a club product to the consumer.  The Titleist strategy is to validate this product on tour and make any necessary changes prior to bringing the product to market.  Of course, since the irons were placed on tour, they've been a tremendous success both in adoption and inside the winners circle on Sunday.  As a result, much of the NEW 712 iron content found on the Team Titleist Blog focuses on our Tour Seeding and Validation efforts.

As we move closer to the November 18th launch, you will notice an array of content related to non touring professionals as well.  For example, we recently posted a blog about the Team Titleist NEW Club Product Event we hosted at our National Fitting Centre in Early October.  Also, you can check out some new video on the NEW Iron product pages we posted just a few days ago.  This video speaks directly to the consumer and what he or she can expect from the new product.

Thanks again for the great feedback and of course for your excitement about the new product.

    Cheers,

Mitch D - Team Titleist Canada

Thanks for your response. My point with your marketing is that the videos you have on your site for the irons don't do a great job of  of presenting the irons to a "none tour" golfer. I watched a video on youtube by Steve Pelisek your GM that did a much, much better job. You should use more videos and marketing along those lines to complement the more "technical" approach used on the website.

Again congratulations on your great equipment and Im looking forward to testing the new irons and getting an equipment change to Titleist.

    Gerard
