THOMAS PIETERS SWITCHES TO TITLEIST

  • After several years as a professional playing the equipment of a competitive brand, Thomas Pieters became free to choose what he wanted and made the switch to the Titleist Pro V1 golf ball and TSi2 driver at the end of 2020.
  • He saw immediate gains with the new combination which led him to play a full bag of Titleist equipment beginning in 2021.
  • According to Titleist Tour Representative Liam McDougall, “Thomas is an extremely hard worker who takes performance seriously. He has worked extensively with our team with all the equipment through his bag and on all aspects of his game, but especially around the statistical areas that he felt he needed to improve upon. He has been a regular visitor to the Titleist Performance Centre at Woburn since joining our team and it is great to see all his hard work pay off.”
  • Quoting Thomas: “It feels amazing, really … It felt like a long time between victories. It’s never easy coming down the stretch. I knew I needed a birdie on the last two and that putt on the last was fantastic. I really fancied it, perfect speed and it was nice … (On 17) was one of my better five irons. The feeling you get when you hit that shot is amazing, that’s why I play golf.”
